We are offering a $500 sign on bonus and 2 year contract.

Our office is growing and we are looking for two upbeat Certified Medical Assistants to work full time at a medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology office. This position encompasses both the administrative and clinical aspects of medical assisting. It includes, but is not limited to, check-in, check-out, answering telephone calls, verifying insurance benefits, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting copays, deductibles, and co-insurances, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, processing requests for medical records, triage, obtaining vitals and other pertinent information from patients, assisting providers with exams and procedures and scribing notes for the physician or Physician Assistant.

Must be able to type at least 40 wpm as you will scribe notes as this is a part of the job responsibility of our Certified Medical Assistants – You must be able to type and listen carefully in order to type and document the notes of the doctor or provider during the appointment with the patient.

Looking for an upbeat Lead medical assistant to work full time at a medical and cosmetic and surgical dermatology office. Must be a professional self-starter, possess leadership skills, communication skills, great listener, and multi-tasking abilities.

This position encompasses both the administrative and clinical aspects of medical assisting. It includes, but is not limited to, check-in, check-out, answering telephone calls, verifying insurance benefits, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting copays, deductibles, and co-insurances, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, processing requests for medical records, triage, obtaining vitals and other pertinent information from patients, assisting providers with exams and procedures and scribing notes for the Physician and Physician Assistant.

This position encompasses administrative duties. It includes, but is not limited to, greeting all patients and visitors in a welcoming and compassionate manner at check-in, check-out, answering telephone calls, verifying insurance benefits, scheduling and confirming appointments, collecting copays, deductibles, and co-insurances, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone, email, and text messages, processing requests for medical records, obtaining pertinent information from patients, maintaining the confidentiality of all patient information. Process and scan daily batches and patient payments to the billing manager. Posting charges, taking payments for daily report sheets and closing out the register. Complete all training and stay up to date and compliant during work tenure. Completing all other items and tasks asked by management and supervisor teams.

Certified Physician Assistant

We are looking for a full-time, Certified Physician Assistant experienced with cosmetic and general dermatology. We are a busy practice that offers medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. We are looking for team players with longevity. Compensation is commensurate with experience and we offer comprehensive benefits.

You must have 2 years of working experience in dermatology. Working experience is defined as independently and confidently assessing and diagnosing. If your only experience is a clinical rotation this would not suffice. Our ideal candidate is one who exhibits poise and professionalism, has excellent communication skills, ability to build a rapport with patients, and has a passion for medical and cosmetic dermatology. Must be a motivated, well-organized self-starter. Knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA compliance, and cosmetic dermatology procedures (i.e., Botox, Dysport, Voluma, Sculptra, Juvederm, Restylane, etc). Must have experience with patient charting (1.e., scribing patient history, doctor’s diagnosis description, and treatment plans, including prescriptions and patient instructions into patient charts inside of EMR systems. You must hold your physician assistant certification.

Billing Department Personnel

Our Dermatology office is looking for an experienced individual to perform Dermatology billing and AR recovery responsibilities to join our medical practice. This position will be 5 days a week and will be an in-office position.

Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to explaining benefits to patients, reviewing notes for optimal coding, following up on billing concerns, training the front desk on collecting co-pays and balances, verifying insurance, submitting claims, and following up on denials, and general clerical tasks. Checking insurance payments for accuracy. Assisting back office with referrals and pre-authorizations as required for procedures. Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness, and obtaining any missing information. Calling insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments as necessary. Collections from patients.

Must be able to pay attention to detail, be organized, efficient, a multi-tasker, a great team player, and passionate about patient care and finding purpose in your work. Greet all patients with a warm and positive greeting. Excel at customer service and be cheerful and energetic, verify insurance plans and communicate benefits to patients, take payments by collecting co-pays and patient balances, and be a team player with a focus on unity over self, computer experience is a must.

The Medical Aesthetician
must have an understanding of the day-to-day office operations and will be responsible for staying on schedule. You will perform your own consults and follow up visits. We are looking for someone who is capable and passionate about building a dedicated client base. You must know how to educate the patient and know how to sell the benefits of all skincare products, and procedures. You must be personable with excellent communication and great phone etiquette as you will assist patients during the consultations and respond to all concerns before and after procedures. You will be expected to respond to new patient inquiries and follow through on scheduling those appointments. You will also keep up with stocking rooms and product inventory. You will scribe notes for each patient that you will perform services with. You will also be in charge of sharing marketing ideas for all services, and skincare products, At least 1 year experience in dermatology or plastics is preferred for this position.

There is a training period to set the expectations, goals, and to become familiar with the practice. We are seeking someone who is looking for a long term position and willing to grow with the practice and is eager to take on the responsibility and role of medical aesthetician.

Here is a list of some procedures to be performed: HydraFacial, micro needling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and platelet rich plasma facials. Additional procedures will be added at a later time.

The SOCAH Center is looking for a talented Medical Cosmetologist who is passionate about healthy hair care and meeting client expectations. Love promoting healthy services. You will be a part of a SOCAH Brand Medical HAIR LAB team that is dedicated to exceptional customer service and building up a client base. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to work with a Medical Hair Lab team with the same healthy hair care goals in mind. The healthy hair lab team will consist of a Board Certified Dermatologist who is a medical hair loss expert. You may also work with a Scalp Micropigmentation Technician, and Medical Assistant. There will be ongoing training for the team member that is designed to help increase client satisfaction and deliver healthy hair care results.
